The Jetty House occupies one of the most enviable positions in Loggos, with views of the whole harbour from the front of the windows and seaviews of mainland Greece to the rear.

The house was renovated to a high standard with good wooden floors, impressive stonework and air conditioning. Below the house is one of the quiet bars on the Loggos jetty. Noise can drift up from the bar but the owner has put special sound-proofing between the floors, to reduce any disturbance.

Inside, the accommodation consists of an open plan sitting room, living/dining room and kitchen on one floor, with stairs leading to the sleeping quarters on a mezzanine floor.
