A private entrance from stone steps to the side of the house leads into a large sitting dining room with two sofabeds. To the front is a spacious front bedroom, with brass double bed, fitted wardrobes and a wide, sea-facing terrace, screened from its neighbour by a decorative wall. On the other side of the sitting/dining room a door leads into what was formerly a separate studio, now incorporated into the apartment. This area, which also has a separate entrance from the outside steps, now houses are a huge new fully fitted kitchen, a second bedroom and further shower room. The changes have transformed Fotini into a roomy two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment for families in a fabulous location overlooking the beach. Two divans provide extra sleeping places for larger parties.
