As you swim away from the shore, or guide your little hire boat out to sea, a look back shows the house in its astonishing setting, nestling among cypress, oak and olive trees, the great mass of Mount Pantokrator behind and the gentle green-blue waters of the Ionian sea directly at its feet. Villa Alexia offers everything for a wonderful summer holiday - privacy, proximity to the sea, comfortable accommodation and now a brand new pool for the children.

Inside, the house is divided into three self-contained apartments, the largest occupying the upper floor and a studio and apartment on the ground floor. Let as one unit during the peak holiday season, the apartments can be taken separately at all other times.

Alexia 3:
Formerly known as the studio, the third of the Alexia apartments is larger than this name suggests, as it boasts a sizeable living room with kitchen corner as well as a separate twin bedroom and good bathroom with bath. But Alexia 3's greatest asset is its two sea-facing terraces, the largest, with plenty of space for table and chairs, reached from the bedroom, the other from the living room. Both afford a relaxing vantage point for observing the activity of others, whether in the pool or sea.
